Location

Eudora is located in eastern Douglas County, just 15 minutes away from Lawrence, Kansas, and 15 minutes from the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. With a population of 6,200, Eudora maintains a distinct small-town atmosphere yet is within short driving distance of the amenities of a university community and metropolitan area.

Community & Facilities

Eudora is a young and growing community, with 31% of our residents under the age of 18. The Eudora school system has been recognized as a top 10 school district in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area and the city maintains numerous parks and recreational facilities. In 2007, the Eudora Community Center was constructed. The facility includes a fitness room, gymnasium, two community meeting rooms, a kitchen, walking track, outdoor pool, and modern locker rooms.
