The City Planning Division helps Eudora identify and achieve a vision for the future. 

Current Planning

• Provide information to the public about permitted land use issues.
• Provide support to the Eudora Planning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals.
• Review development projects to ensure quality of design and construction.
• Review subdivision plats and development plans to ensure compliance with the City's zoning regulations.
• Facilitate the zoning process. 

Long Range Planning Services

• Create and maintain development, demographic, and community profile information through the Comprehensive Plan.
• Develop and implement goals and policies of the Comprehensive Plan and other long range planning initiatives.
• Administer policies to provide opportunities for development, including special benefit districts.  
• Facilitate the annexation process.
