The Eudora Department of Building, Planning, and Zoning’s mission is to serve and protect the life, safety, health, and general welfare of the citizens of Eudora through the enforcement of building codes and other regulations in a professional, accurate, prompt, and courteous manner.

Meeting Project Guidelines
The City of Eudora has adopted the 2006 International Building Code. If you are planning to make a change to your property, such as a renovation, remodeling, an addition, new construction, or electrical, plumbing, or heating and air conditioning improvements or replacements, the planning and building codes staff can assist you in meeting the required guidelines for your project.
